We are communicating with DI Courthouse subscribers directly on how to add contractors. If you believe you should have access please contact your client’s account administrator also referred to as a Super User. Once they add you, you will receive an email with your login credentials.

DI Courthouse has four different types of users:

  1. Standard User: A Standard User is someone whose company has a subscription to DI Courthouse but are not account administrators (aka Super Users).
  2. Super User: A Super User is a standard user with user administration access. They are the account administrator for your company and have access to administrative controls such as adding and removing users, and assigning and unassigning counties and runsheets.
  3. Contractor: A contractor is a user that is not an employee of the DI Courthouse subscriber but is hired as an independent contractor to complete work in their behalf.
  4. PagePackage User: A PagePackage user does not have a subscription but buys credit by volume. This user type will no longer be supported in the new DI Courthouse 2.0 platform. For more information see “I am a Page Package customer. How am I affected?”
  5. PayGo User: A PayGo user does not have a subscription but holds a pay as you go account with the following pricing:
  • Search: $0.25 (no charge if no results returned)
  • View First Page: $1.00
  • Download Entire Document: $1.00/page (first page credited if viewed first)
  • You can set your monthly budget and only pay for documents you need.

For Subscription Customers:

All runsheets will be migrated from County Scans (DI Courthouse 1.0) to the new DI Courthouse 2.0 on July 29, 2016. All runsheets added to, or new runsheets created in the legacy system after Friday July 29th will not be migrated. Due to this we encourage everyone to work on runsheets in the new platform as soon as possible.

For PayGo and PagePackage Customers:

Runsheets will only be migrated when you create a new PayGo account or become a DI Courthouse subscriber and you use the same email associated with your legacy County Scans account. Runsheet migration takes 24 hours to process. If you open a new account with a different email your runsheets will not be migrated and you will need to download your runsheets off of County Scans before August 31.

Special Note:

  • Runsheets migrated from county scans will be marked by [Imported From DICourthouse1]
  • If a document fails to migrate for whatever reason, a note will be added to that entry in the runsheet alerting the user that they need to re-add that document. They must manually download the runsheet on legacy site or recreate the search on the new DI Courthouse 2.0.

It will look like the highlighted text in the image below:

WHAT’S NEW QUESTIONS

The new DI Courthouse brings a new user interface designed to be more user-friendly, and cool new features that make title research faster. It is a huge revamp on our legacy County Scans product.

With “Super User” controls independent contractors can quickly and easily be assigned access to Drillinginfo data. Easy to use and granular management of access means less time managing relationships and more time doing high value activities.

Through the User Administration feature you can run detailed analytics down to the seconds each user spends in DI Courthouse. Understanding activity and usage will make resource allocation less guesswork. The image below shows all the metrics available to you.

DI Courthouse User Analytics

With the prior reference, range of acreage search, sharing and collaborating features you will reduce the time to run title by days if not weeks. With prior reference tags any source document you enter in the search field will deliver back every document that referenced the source document. This means less digging and more analysis. Searching by range of acreage helps filter out information you don’t need which helps you focus on your tract of interest. The ability to see everyone’s work on one platform means tighter alignment across the organization. Base title can be passed along to others for easy collaboration or view user results to analyze quality and progress.

Through the User Analytics feature it is easy to get an aggregated view of whether work in a particular area is declining. You will be able to track when title work is declining and contractors are moving to the acquisition or negotiation phase. There is no need to number crunch since the new DI Courthouse has productivity visualizations that deliver actionable intelligence fast.
