E&P Focus – PA Marcellus Going Strong!

The map shows PA Marcellus permits issued since 10/3/2011. The pace of activity seems to be continuing, no doubt much to the delight of everybody who owns even minimal minerals in the Keystone state.. Notably added to the mix is SWEPI (Shell Western Exploration & Prod) who seem to be concentrating on slightly updip opportunities in Tioga county…perhaps with an eye towards maximizing potential lagniappe from Black River hydrothermal dolomite that’s been so gas productive in Steuben Co, NY….To see detail on a well, hover your cursor over the dot.
