LandTrăc Leases

Consisting of polygons of all the leases gathered by Drillinginfo since 2000, DI LandTrǎc Leases are based on the legal descriptions in the mineral lease documents filed of record in the county courthouses. In addition to being fully integrated with Drilliinginfo’s well and production databases, DI LandTrăc Leases also provide access to images.

DI LandTrăc Units are drawn from plats filed with the Texas Railroad Commission. They consist of Drilling Units (W-1), Pooled Units (P-12) and Prorated Units (P-15). DI LandTrăc Units are fully integrated with Drillinginfo’s well and production database and include links to filing documents for reference.
