Drillinginfo GIS experts create DI LandTrac polygons using actual metes and bounds or quarter call descriptions related to subject property within specific counties. Unlike traditional land ownership databases compiled using hit-or-miss surface tract proxies, DI LandTrac is based on official legal descriptions for exceptional accuracy. In addition, Drillinginfo offers both LandTrac Leases based on the original mineral leases, and LandTrac Units, which reflect permit filings. Accessing all of this vital information within intuitive map layers provides a uniquely complete, valuable view of acreage to enable quick, confident decisions.


DI LandTrac currently includes more than 2,000,000 map polygons spanning more than 327 counties in 14 states.
