Please note: Memberships renew automatically each year until cancelled. Individual account members can cancel online by logging in and going to their MyDI section. If there are multiple users on your account please contact Sales at 1-888-477-7667 opt 1 to cancel. Members are responsible for all annual fees until they cancel their membership.

Drillinginfo reserves the right to terminate and refund a pro-rated amount on any membership subscribed over the internet if Drillinginfo decides that a subscriber company should be a corporate subscriber, or terminate without refund any account in violation of the usage agreement.

All DI accounts are assigned to one individual with a personal username and password. Sharing of account login information not only compromises your proprietary information, but is in direct violation of the DI Subscription Agreement. Direct violation of the DI Agreement may expose any user who shares account information to statutory damages of $100,000 per occurrence of such unauthorized sharing of account login information.
