With our annual billing procedures your credit card will be authorized and billed on the day you sign up. Your account will become operational the moment that your credit card is authorized. After the first year is up, you will be automatically billed again for the next year (unless you cancel). You can request cancelation of your membership by calling 1-888-477-7667 opt 1. If you cancel, you will not be billed in any subsequent years and can continue using your account until your current year is up. However, you will not receive a refund for the current year.

If we attempt to bill your credit card in a subsequent year and it is rejected, your account will be automatically disabled at the end of your current billing cycle and you will receive an email (and possibly a phone call) from DrillingInfo. It is very important that if your credit card changes (you cancel your card, get a different card, etc), that you notify DrillingInfo.
