Tips Straight from Drillinginfo Customer Support…Who Better?

Professionals in the oil and gas industry are all catching on to the value of DrillingInfo. Calls have picked up quite a bit in the last couple of months for the Customer Support department. The majority of clients are calling to set up a new account or to learn more about what DrillingInfo can do for them. 2011 Pennsylvania production is loaded into our database and available for users to view. This information is reported to us semi-annually for the Marcellus wells and annually for non-Marcellus.

Users that order paper well logs may get an error stating that they did not select a well log to order. Please disregard the error, the log orders are still processed and you should receive a confirmation email of your purchase within 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation email contact Customer Support.  

Our new beta map is a hot topic but remember the map is in beta form which means that it does not have all the functionality that our current map does. Check out our new beta map to get comfortable with it by adjusting your preferences in MyDI. You may need to work on projects using our current map view to have all the features you need to complete your task.
